Cook from frozen or thawed. When cooking from frozen, preheat a greased skillet to medium-low heat. Cook sausages for 10-12 minutes, rotating frequently until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached and golden brown. If cooking from thawed, increase temperature to medium heat, and cook for 6-8 minutes, rotating frequently. For BBQ cooking, brush thawed sausages lightly with oil and grill for 6 minutes at 500ºF, turning halfway. NO NOT BOIL OR MICROWAVE. DO NOT CONSUME RAW
